POLICIES & Terms

PAYMENT POLICY: 

A 50% non refundable deposit is payable upon application unless otherwise specified. Full payment is due six weeks prior to departure and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All payments / deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred. Global Tribe Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and / or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

WAITLIST POLICY:

If the retreat is full, we are more than happy to add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other upcoming Global Tribe Retreats. If we are able to confirm your place on retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.

LIMITED LIABILITY OF GLOBAL TRIBE RETREATS: 

Global Tribe Retreats shall be responsible for supplying the services and accommodations offered in the Trip Itinerary. If such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond its control, there shall be no responsibility or liability. In this event, Global Tribe Retreats will use its best efforts to supply comparable services and accommodations, and all travel arrangements may be subject to alteration or cancellation at any time with or without prior notice for any reasonable cause. Such alterations will not be considered cause for cancellation by the Traveler(s), and the usual penalties will apply. Nor shall Global Tribe Retreats be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising from strikes, war, terrorism, weather or other acts of god, quarantines, sickness, governmental restrictions or regulations, or from any negligent act or omission of any individual, firm, or corporation furnishing air travel, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, or any other services in connection therewith, nor for any additional cost or expense due to disruption of advertised schedules, rates or services, or for any other cause beyond its direct control.

MATERIALS:

Any photographs or written materials from attendees on our yoga classes or retreats may be used for marketing purposes for Tom Morley or Global Tribe Retreats. If you would prefer for us to not include any of the above materials written by you or containing your image, it is your own responsibility to advise the Global Tribe Team of this in a written document prior to participation.
